DATCO Presents at the National Drug & Alcohol Screening Association’s July Meeting

During the July 23rd National Drug and Alcohol Screening Association (NDASA) webinar meeting, DATCO’s Chief Operating Officer, Courtney Morgan, was the featured speaker. The topic “Building Your Business When the World is in a Pandemic,” highlighted the challenges employers are faced with when everyone’s working from home.

Courtney discussed how employers might need to adjust their procedures and practices during this unique time. While many companies still have employees working from home, employers may find it challenging to monitor their employees for the signs of drug and alcohol abuse. Also, Courtney highlighted the strategies she used to grow DATCO’s business by 20% during the pandemic. Participants in the webinar meeting learned how they could apply similar tactics to their teams of employees to increase productivity.
