Ellins was the Co-founder and Director of California Computerized Vehicle Registration, Inc., a private corporation that was the first and only company in California to access a State of California database. The company specialized in software security, secured communications and database management for more than 1,000 customers nationwide. After selling the company to ADP, Ellins Co-founded DATCO and has been in third party administration for the past 3 decades, at the infancy of DOT compliance. Ellins has a wide variety of professional contacts ranging from the Director of the Department of Motor Vehicles to rank-and-file Administrators throughout the cities and counties of California.

Education: Morgan earned her BS Degree at Sacramento State University in Human Resources, 2006.
Work History: Morgan has more than a decade of experience in the Human Resources field with past employment in the hospitality industry. Morgan's expertise helps guide and counsel DATCO’s clients with their employees and operations. For the past 2 decades, Morgan spearheaded the operations at DATCO. She has initiated training, meetings for a variety of companies and company owners and managers throughout the Country, including training seminars to guide upper management how to legally and confidentially spot drug abuse and or alcohol misuse.

Work History: Olivolo has more than a decade of experience in the the Drug and Alcohol field. Olivolo's expertise helps guide and counsel DATCO’s clients with their employees and operations. For the past 15 years, Olivolo supported the operations at DATCO. She has initiated meetings for a variety of companies and company owners and managers throughout the Country helping support them with DOT and Drug-Free Workplace Compliance. Olivolo is an expert with Driver Release of Information, and the Clearinghouse among many things in the industry.

Work History: Pennington has more than a decade of background working in the medical field. Her ability to speak the same language with our collection sites is invaluable. For the past decade, Pennington has helped run the operations at DATCO. Pennington’s leadership skills help to run the operations at DATCO and her impeccable work has helped Pennington to advance her position by working directly with the President and Chief Operating Officer in her short tenure at DATCO Services.
Penningtons’s ability to learn quickly has made her an expert with Department of Transportation and Drug-Free Workplace as well as her exposure with her training and daily routine at DATCO.
